We create this authentic taste of the northern part of Mexico by marinating and grilling your choice of outer skirt steak, chicken breast or shrimp. Sizzling with fire roasted sweet peppers, onion and tomato. Plenty of fresh flour or corn tortillas are provided along with sour cream, cheese and guacamole for creating your favorite combination.
